Ordering
When you place an order on www.mudhutgames.co.uk you enter into a transaction with MudhutGames.
Your order on this website constitutes an offer to us to purchase the goods in your basket, and we will do our utmost to fulfil this order to the service levels you have every right to expect.
Email confirmation
When you place an order to purchase a product from MudhutGames, we will send you an email confirming we have received the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we despatch that product to you and is confirmed by an email we send to you confirming that we have despatched it (the 'Despatch Confirmation Email').
Any products on the same order that we have not confirmed in the 'Despatch Confirmation Email' to have been despatched do not form part of that contract.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed on our website, credit and debit card details are handled by Nochex or Paypal. Your card details will never be visible to any person at MudhutGames. Nochex and Paypal use the latest encryption technologies to ensure that your payment is completely secure.
Payment problems
If, for any reason, there is a problem with collecting payment from your credit or debit card after we have confirmed receipt of your order, we will not be obliged to despatch your order. Additionally, on some occasions, we may be unable to process an order. The reasons for this may be due to:
1. The item being out of stock or no longer available; or
2. Your payment being declined; or
3. An unspecified technical error.
If you are sure you are using a valid card, please try again with the same credit/debit card or please place another order on our website, using a different credit/debit card.
Backordered items and in stock items are charged immediately. Should a product that you have ordered become unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
Shipping And Handling
All games are shipped using Royal Mail services: Standard Parcels service, First class, First class recorded or Special delivery. Please see the page on shipping information for more details on these services.
MudhutGames cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged by Royal Mail. We can, however, assist you in claiming compensation from Royal Mail for lost or damaged items. We obtain proof of postage for all items sent and these are retained for 2 months after the date of dispatch.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with goods purchased from this site, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues. The SafeBuy Code requires a 14 day 'cooling off' period for consumers to change their minds instead of the 7 days the law already does. Returned goods will only be accepted UNOPENED and UNALTERED.
