Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payments through Nochex and Paypal.

Backordered items and in stock items are charged immediately. Should a product that you have ordered become unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
Shipping And Handling All games are shipped using Royal Mail services: Standard Parcels service, First class, First class recorded or Special delivery. Please see the page on shipping information for more details on these services.

MudhutGames cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged by Royal Mail. We can, however, assist you in claiming compensation from Royal Mail for lost or damaged items. We obtain proof of postage for all items sent and these are retained for 2 months after the date of dispatch.
Delivery Schedule Games are shipped to you as soon as possible. Although most games will be sent by next day post some orders will take up to a week to fill . Special orders, eg. " search and send " requests will take as long as they take to find and post. Until we use a courier service exclusively, we are at the mercy of the Royal Mail Postal service.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Usually there will be wait of approximately 5 to 10 days.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. There are no exemptions.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed on our website, credit and debit card details are handled by Nochex or Paypal. Your card details will never be visible to any person at MudhutGames. Nochex and Paypal use the latest encryption technologies to ensure that your payment is completely secure.
