MudhutGames uses Royal Mail services to ship games to customers. Several services are available, details are listed below.

If purchasing one game, we recommend first class or first class recorded delivery. For more than one game we recommend standard parcels service on account of the extra insurance that is available.

Item is insured for £30 if one item is sent.
If two or more items are sent, items are insured for up to £100. The additional cost of this (50 pence) is included in the shipping price at the checkout.

Damaged and Lost Items

MudhutGames cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged by Royal Mail. We can, however, assist you in claiming compensation from Royal Mail for lost or damaged items.
